asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list all the legislation that has been passed by Parliament in which there is partially or wholly separate legislative provision for Wales to that in force for England.

Many provisions of the Acts listed have been repealed or have been repealed in part, particularly the early ones.

In addition to these general Acts, there are hundreds of local Acts dealing specifically with Wales, but as no general index exists it would not be possible to list them without unjustifiable expenditure.
