§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will take steps to provide at Caernarvon a number of nursery advance factory units to meet the substantial demand for such units that has recently been identified in a survey by the economic development officer of Gwynedd County Council.
§ Mr. John MorrisThis is a matter for the Welsh Development Agency in the first place. But I have no doubt that the views already expressed to it by local authorities will be taken into consideration in drawing up future advance factory programmes before they are submitted for my approval.
