Lord CAMPBELL of CROY
asked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether it has yet been necessary to use the powers in the Offshore Petroleum Development (Scotland) Act 1975 to make land available for building oil platforms and, if so, where.
§ Lord KIRKHILL
The powers have been used at Portavadie, Argyllshire, where 39.6 hectares of land have been taken over from the Forestry Commission.
