Breckland South Norfolk Number granted April-September 1974 3,773 3,009 Number granted October 1974-March 1975. 3,708 3,036 Number of persons receiving rate rebate at 31st March 1976. 4,822 3,603 In 1973–74 the previous rebate scheme was administered by the pre-reorganisation authorities and not all details are available. I have no precise information on the number of domestic ratepayers in the districts concerned, but in April 1975 there were 31,209 domestic hereditaments in Breckland and 31,941 in South Norfolk.
