§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Employment when he expects to announce new radiological safety regulations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, which are presently being drafted by the Health and Safety Commission to replace the ionizing radiation regulations which presently apply only to factories.
