§ Dr. GilbertThe two submarines ordered by President Frei's Government have both been accepted into the Chilean Navy. No new contracts for the supply of arms to Chile have been entered into since my right hon. Friend the Foreign136W and Commonwealth Secretary made an announcement to this effect on 10th April 1974.
