§ Mr. Hattonasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what measures she intends to take in order to monitor the experimental methods used to provide tuition for disruptive pupils in special units which have been established by certain local education authorities.
§ Miss Margaret JacksonHer Majesty's Inspectorate is already preparing a survey of special units for difficult and disruptive children in different parts of the country. HMI will be consulting local education authorities about what they are doing in this field and will be visiting a sample of the units.
