§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many operatives and professional, clerical and administrative staff were employed in local authority direct labour building departments in October 1975 and April 1976, respectively, on new housing, other new work, housing repairs and maintenance and non-housing repairs and maintenance.
