Member for St. Helens.
§ Mr. Guy BarnettA reply was sent on 26th March 1976. My right hon. Friend has not yet decided whether to publish a draft order to extend the designated area of Skelmersdale New Town as requested by the Development Corporation. If a draft is published, a full public inquiry will be held, at which the chamber of commerce will be able to develop its arguments, before any final decision is taken.
