§ Mr. JohnMr. Came is not in solitary confinement: he is a patient in a room in the prison hospital which, for his own protection, has limited furnishings. He spends two or three hours a day out of his room and is able to associate with other patients. A place is being sought for him in a psychiatric hospital.
