§ Mr. Denis HowellNot at present. The report issued by my Department outlines the many uncertainties which surround the continued use of the chlorofluorocarbons 11 and 12 in aerosol containers. Until these uncertainties have been resolved by further research, which is now being undertaken, firm conclusions about the need for controls on chlorofluorocarbons cannot be reached.
