§ Dr. OwenInformation is not collected routinely about injuries to children282W from the breakage of ordinary glass lenses, but a limited survey undertaken by the Department several years ago indicated that the number of such injuries was small, and this has recently been confirmed by a study of eye accidents to children undertaken in Scotland.
