Member for Manchester, Blackley, he will set up an inquiry into the part played by South African security and businesses in the attempts to smear the right hon. Member for Devon, North (Mr. Thorpe), Mr. Peter Hain, two other Liberal Members of Parliament and other political figures in the United Kingdom.
