§ Mr. Roseasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in the light of information supplied to him by the hon. Member for Manchester, Blackley, he will grant entry to the United Kingdom without threat of legal proceedings to Kamil Fuad in order to receive evidence concerning the activities of the Anglo-American Corporation and the South African Bureau of State Security in Great Britain.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsIf Mr. Fuad applies for entry clearance to the United Kingdom, it will be considered in the normal way. I have no power to grant anyone immunity from legal proceedings.
