Compensation payments to dependants of persons killed or to persons maimed as a result of criminal injuries are made under the Criminal Injuries to Persons (Compensation) Act (Northern Ireland) 1968. The information requested is not available because it is not necessary to attribute the criminal injury to a particular person or organisation, for a compensation claim under this Act to succeed.
