asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether

months, (b) three to six months, (c) six to nine month, (d) nine to 12 months and (e) over 12 months; and what was the average period of remand without bail for each of the last five years;

(2) of those prisoners on remand at the latest available date, how many were juveniles; and if he will break these figures down by sex, type of institution at which located and the number on remand for: (a) one to three months, (b) three to six months, (c) six to nine months, (d) nine to 12 months and (e) over 12 months.
