§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment in how many cases he has directed that Section 101 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971, as amended, shall apply to a non-listed building situated in a conservation area since the passage of the Town and Country Amenities Act 1974; and if he 605W will publish details of such buildings in the Official Report.
§ Mr. CroslandI have directed that this section should apply to the following:
