(2) what representations he has received from the Chairman of the Liverpool Education Committee concerning benefits for unemployed young people; 66W what reply he has sent; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. OrmeMy right hon. Friend received the letter from the Chairman of the Liverpool Education Committee on 22nd June and my hon. Friend's supporting letter on 23rd June. This is a matter for the Supplementary Benefits Commission and I understand that it is acceding to the chairman's request for discussions.
