§ Mr. Roperasked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) how much of the £120 million proposed for the urban renewal project in West Central Scotland will be in the form of a contribution from the Scottish Development Agency;
(2) how much of the £120 million proposed for the urban renewal project in West Central Scotland will be directly or indirectly a grant from central Government.
§ Mr. Hugh D. BrownWithin the estimated total capital cost of the project, the balance of expenditure as between one participant and another will depend on the detailed proposals which are formulated.
