§ Mr. HattersleyI refer the hon. Members to the statement which my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture,626W Fisheries and Food made on 28th June and to the reply which I gave on 7th July to my hon. Friend the Member for Kingston upon Hull, West (Mr. Johnson.—[Vol. 914, c. 569.] It is not yet possible to say when these negotiations will be concluded. We are pressing for early progress.
