§ Mr. William RossAs I said in my answer of 5th November 1975 to the hon. Members for Inverness (Mr. Johnston) and Dunbartonshire, East (Mrs. Bain)—[Vol. 899 c.156–7]—I have initiated consultations with interested bodies and organisations on the recommendations in the Committee's Second Report, and when these consultations are completed I shall, with my right hon. and learned Friend the Lord Advocate, consider the question of their implementation.
