§ Mr. EadieThe combined generation of heat and electricity may result in energy savings, and the development of such schemes, whether private or public, is under study in a group under the chairmanship of my Chief Scientist, Dr. Walter Marshall. The group's final report is expected later this year, and the rele-2W vance of such schemes to the "Save It" campaign will be considered in the light of the group's recommendations.
