§ Mr. Pardoeasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) if he has had any negotiations with the Iranian Government about their ability to meet existing loan arrangements with United Kingdom public bodies;
(2) if he will place a copy of the loan contract between the Iranian Government and the National Water Council, signed in mid-November 1975, in the House of Commons Library;
(3) if he will give details, dates and drawing arrangements involved in the specified contract period for the loan arranged between the Iranian Government and the National Water Council, signed in mid-November last year.
§ Mr. DellAs the hon. Member is aware, it is not the practice to make 453W available the detailed terms of individual public sector loan arrangements. In respect of the November 1975 loan agreement between the National Water Council and the Imperial Government of Iran, the drawdown period for which the contract allows has not yet expired and the contract has not been renegotiated.
