The Health and Safety Executive has taken over from other Government Departments occupations from the whole or part of the following premises within 20 miles of Marble Arch pending some reorganisation. These properties were held by the Property Services Agency, which does not make individual rents available for commercial purposes.

The lease for the new area office was entered into on 1st May 1975. Occupation of the premises was from 16th November 1976. Negotiations were conducted by the Property Services Agency, which does not normally disclose rent details for commercial reasons.
