§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will revise the criteria for the sale of arms in the United Kingdom; and if, in particular, he will prohibit sales to countries involved in conflict or likely to become so involved.
§ Mr. HattersleyIt is already the policy of Her Majesty's Government to consider all the material factors, including the end-use of the equipment, before approving any request for the export of arms.
