§ Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in the light of the fatal accident in Newport, Gwent, on 1st April 1976, details of which have been supplied to him, he will include more stringent testing of brakes and tyres in the new MOT regulations he proposes to introduce.
