§ Mr. Robert SheldonIt is estimated that hydrocarbon oil duty borne by residents of Wales was about £90 million a year. Separate estimates for petrol have not been made, but petrol usually represents about 70 per cent. of hydrocarbon oil revenue in the United Kingdom as a whole.
