§ Mr. PrenticeA capital aid grant of £1 million has been offered for expenditure on projects to be jointly agreed, notably in the rural sectors, together with technical assistance in the form of the provision of experts, training in the United Kingdom, etc. A small team from my Department accompanied our Ambassador on a visit to Bissau in November 1975, and possible projects are now under consideration.
