§ 20. Mr. Sainsburyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will ask the Working Party on Water Safety for an interim report in order that any appropriate measures may be taken before the 1976 summer holiday season.
§ Dr. SummerskillI doubt whether an interim report would now be of much practical value, and its preparation would be likely to delay the submission of the main report expected later this year. But I shall ask the working party whether there are any matters on which it might usefully issue guidance to the general public before the holiday season begins.
