§ Mr. Ralph Howellasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish the latest figures compiled by the Joint Staff Watch Survey of Local Authorities showing the numbers employed by local authorities in England and Wales at that date; and if he will compare the figures with those for June 1974 and June 1975.
