§ Mr. Sproatasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will convene an urgent meeting with the Scottish Trawlers Federation to discuss additional support for the fishing industry in the light of the extra support given by the French Government last week to their fishing industry.
§ Mr. William RossAs my hon. Friend the Minister of State for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food announced on 27th February, the Government have decided, subject to approval by Parliament, to provide temporary assistance to the fishing industry during the period 1st January to 30th June 1975.
