§ Mr. William RossResponsibility for the provision of junior and senior occupa-496W tional centres rests with educational authorities and social work authorities respectively. Information is not separately available as to the actual expenditure, either capital or current, by local authorities on the centres. However, the following table shows the capital expenditure in respect of which borrowing consents have been issued:
