HC Deb 30 June 1975 vol 894 c328W
Mr. Wrigglesworth

asked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will name the members and representative capacities of the working party considering the economics of modernised steel making.

Mr. Kaufman

The working party consists of officials with appropriate responsibilities drawn from the Departments concerned who are advising me about the merits of investment in steel-making capacity at Shotton and Port Talbot, taking account of both the social consequence and the implications for British Steel Corporation developments elsewhere.
