§ Sir George Youngasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether there has been an increase or a 116W decrease in thefts of drugs from retail pharmacists since the implementation of the Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) Regulations 1975.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) Regulations 1973 came fully into force only on 1st April 1975. Information is being collected about thefts from retail pharmacists but it is not yet possible to detect any trends.
