§ Mr. EnnalsRates of mileage allowance payable in the United Kingdom depend on the relevant circumstances, including the nature of the journey, the adequacy and the relative cost of public transport. Rates vary according to the engine capacity of the vehicle; seniority of the user is not a factor.
