§ Mr. ArmstrongA research project to evaluate the experimental nursery centres established under the Urban Aid Programme, commissioned jointly by my Department and the Department of Health and Social Security, is to be undertaken by the National Children's Bureau. Preliminary work has already begun and the project itself will start in March 1975. The study is expected to take three to four years.
