§ Mr. OakesThe Department's Working Party on Dogs, which is presumably the one the right hon. Gentleman has in mind, has identified the main problem areas and is now consulting interested bodies and individuals so that their views128W can be taken into account in preparing its report. The working party hopes to report by the end of the year.
