Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many persons from Londonderry City and Londonderry County have been either interned or detained during the current troubles; what payments will be or have been made to these persons for their period of detention; whether any of these persons have made any claims for compensation; if so, on what grounds; and have any compensation payments been made to them.
