§ Mr. Rooker (Birmingham, Perry Barr)To ask the Secretary of State for Industry, if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of legislation currently on the statute book for which his Department is the implementing Department and which has not yet been brought into operation due to financial, energy or any other reasons indicating (a) the reason for delay, (b) the estimated savings due to non-implementation, (c) the expected increase in staff, stating if central or local government, required for implementation, and (d) the estimated date of implementation.
