§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieThe performance indicators, which the Post Office supplies to my Department quarterly for each of the four Businesses—Posts, Telecommunications, Giro and Remittance Services and Data Processing Service—are of two kinds. Financial indicators include latest figures of income, profit, investment and borrowing. Indicators of physical performance cover the volume and growth trend of business, the quality of service and manpower.
