§ Mr. MulleyIn view of the limited time available to county councils it was not expected that the first reports under the new system would include comprehensive solutions. Further detailed guidance has now been given to councils and I expect that the county's future transport policies and programmes will354W aim to promote adequate provision for public passenger transport in Cornwall, subject to the availability of sufficient resources.
