§ Mr. ConcannonThe Northern Ireland Housing Executive estimates that in each of the next six years the number of public sector houses which will be completed in the North Down area is as follows:

In planning the housing programme, the executive takes into account current waiting lists, the existing condition of housing stock, and an assessment of population change prepared by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Planning. No detailed forecasts of the numbers of applicants in future years are available.
