§ Mr. FootAlthough in many industries and companies good progress has been made, the situation is patchy and in some cases there has been little or no progress. I propose to begin shortly a publicity campaign to make employers aware of their responsibilities under the Equal Pay Act and of the need to take appropriate action now in order to comply with the Act.
