§ Mr. William RossI have invited the views of health boards and professional and other interested bodies on the recommendations. When these have been received I shall be considering along with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services and my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Wales what action should be taken.
