Mr. Robin F. Cook

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the total amount of Exchequer and rate-borne subsidy on local authority housing in Scotland for each of the latest convenient three years; and what was the total value of tax relief and option mortgage subsidy to mortgagors in each of the same years.
