§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will extend the BBC's transmission authority to include all piped television currently controlled by commercial concerns, and thereby to eliminate the additional charges incurred by persons living in areas where television reception is inadequate and possible only by means of piped facilities.
