§ Mr. Gerry FowlerThe Institute of Cancer Research is an independent organisation and it is for it to decide whether to proceed with its plan to concentrate its research facilities at Sutton. Its application for special Government assistance towards this project is still under consideration and my right hon. Friend is not yet in a position to make a statement.
