§ Mr. ArmstrongIn December 1972 there were 650 educational psychologists, including 90 part-timers, employed by local education authorities in England. My right hon. Friend is not committed to achieve a particular ratio of children 399W to professional staff, but looks for a continued improvement in this and other aspects of the school psychological service.
