32. Mr. Ioan Evans
asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what representations she has received from the Joint Committee on Mobility for the Disabled; what reply she has made; and if she will make a statement.
§ Mr. Alfred Morris
On the assumption that my hon. Friend is referring to the representations made by the joint committee about the possibility of responsibility for the invalid vehicle service being transferred to the social security side of my Department, I would refer him to my reply to the hon. Member for Hazel Grove (Dr. Winstanley) on 10th June—[Vol. 874, c.478.] If, however, my hon. Friend is referring to Lady 83W Sharp's report, I have received a detailed submission from the joint committee which I am now studying.
