§ Mrs. CastleThe Health Service Commissioner has made a single report on the performance of his functions in England, Scotland and Wales from 1st October 1973, when he was appointed as Health Service Commissioner for each of the three countries, to 31st March 1974. My right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Scotland and for Wales and I are presenting the report to the House today and I understand that it will be published tomorrow, and copies will be available from the Vote Office.
